**OneSchool Global** is seeking a dynamic and creative **Student Success Coordinator **on our **Hamilton Campus **(located in **Dundas, Ontario**)

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors Degree
- OCT Certification
- Special Ed. Certification Part 1, 2, or Specialist
- Knowledge/experience to teach American Sign Language (ASL) is a plus
- Willingness to take a criminal background check
- Willingness to be part of a collaborative educational team;
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written;
- Professional learning community (PLC) knowledge and background preferred;
- Evidence of sensitivity and respect for others and a willingness to work within cultural boundaries

**Responsibilities**
- provide one-to-one and in-class support to students
- assist teachers in modifying and adapting instructional materials and techniques to meet the needs of individual students
- collaborate with teachers and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans for students
- maintain accurate and up to date records of all student documentation, including IEPs, progress reports, behavioural plans and supporting data
- meet with parents on a quarterly basis to discuss student progress and develop strategies for continued growth and success
- provide coaching and professional development to teachers to enhance their ability to support students with diverse needs

**Salary is negotiable based on experience, skills, education and training.**
