We are seeking a Reception / Office Admin to join our growing team and provide excellent service for our wonderful customers. As the first point of contact, this team member is someone who is professional, dependable, and friendly with a positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills. Must be a strong communicator, a team player, and highly proficient with computers and office equipment. This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay and benefits. We will train the right person

Responsibilities include:

- Providing reception support by answering incoming calls and greeting visitors
- Responding to new requests and scheduling appointments using Customer Management Software
- Invoicing support
- Data entry
- Assigned duties as required

Required skills:

- Friendly and energetic

- Microsoft Office Suite experience

**Pay**: $23hr - $26hr based on experience

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent
