Fuller Industrial Corporation provides abrasion solutions for industrial process equipment. Our manufacturing processes include pipe welding, rubber lining, ceramic lining, and hose building to name a few. We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to join our established team to assist in a variety of full-cycle accounting.

As the Accounting Assistant your responsibilities will include a variety of full-cycle accounting. You will be using QuickBooks Enterprise.
- Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ and vendor billing issues
- Contact customers to facilitate payment and resolve outstanding receivable issues
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable and payable data
- Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
- Collect and organize data
- Perform related clerical duties, such as maintaining filing and record systems
- Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
- Prepare and issue invoices
- Keep up to date on outstanding invoices and send notification of past due accounts

**Qualified Applicants will have the following**:

- Experience using Quickbooks Enterprise (a must-have)
- Experience in using Microsoft Office
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Work experience in a similar role; preferably within a manufacturing environment preferred
- Proven track record of taking initiative and meet deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to prioritize tasks according to their degree of urgency

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
