PSL provides a variety of heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, petroleum, propane, and refrigeration services ranging from planned maintenance (both preventative and full coverage), inspections and diagnostic services as well as repairs, retrofits, and new installations for commercial and industrial mechanical systems.
**Responsibilities & Duties**:
- Data entry (process invoices, deposits, timecards)
- Problem solving
- Customer statements
- Filing packing slips
- Completing EFT and cheque runs
- Filing paperwork
- Reconcile Visa’s, other large accounts
- New asset set up
- Client statements
- Collections
- Project invoicing (creating invoices)
- Create payroll various reports
- Eventually assist in Issuing purchase order numbers
- Communicating with clients, employees and management regarding any tasks listed above
- Creating and running various reports as required
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Industrial, Mining, Commercial familiarity
- Electrical background is considered an asset
- Excellent Customer Services Skills.
- Works well with mínimal direction
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with Accounts Payable
- Experience with electronic accounting software
- Exceptional computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- General math skills
- Well organized, detail oriented and efficient
- Ability to complete repetitive tasks
- Ability to work in a team setting
- Excellent data entry skills
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
- Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills
- Effective organizational, stress and time management skills
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
