**About us**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to project managers and team members.
- Assist in organizing project documentation and maintaining accurate records.
- Provide construction administration services to ensure project documentation is completed in accordance with contractual obligations.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.
- Key aspect of the role involves direct support to the Construction Team Leaders.
- Procuring materials, prepare purchase orders, track and complete work vouchers in preparation for project billing in compliance with contractual obligations.
- This role will contribute and ultimately assume responsiblity for majority of project purchase requirements.
- Utilize various software tools

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in an office or project administration role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and computerized systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer service interactions.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Competency in data entry and maintaining electronic records.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 4 years (required)
- construction project: 2 years (preferred)
