We are a line painting and parking lot maintenance company. We operate throughout the lower mainland and Sunshine Coast. Our work consists of line painting parking lots and parkades for construction and repaint of existing parking lots/parkades for residential, commercial and industrial sites. We also paint warehouse floors for safety and process management.

**Job description**

We are looking for labourers to learn the business and progress in skills and responsibility. This is largely seasonal work, with the height of the season in the summer. This is an excellent job for university students or for people wanting to learn a new trade. During this coming summer we are planning on having at least one full time employee with multiple on-call/part time employees. For the following fall and winter, we hope to have enough work to keep someone busy part time in order to learn the job and work towards being the full time employee next summer. Our growth plan requires us to build and grow multiple permanent employees over the next two years.

Employees must have:

- Your own steel toed boots
- Your own vehicle as each day is a different site
- Be reliable, willing to learn and enthusiastic
- Ability to walk a lot, lift and carry equipment and use a tape measure
- Prior layout experience in a construction environment would be a big asset. Any other experience that requires measuring, cutting, lining up and 3 dimensional visualization would also be valuable.
- This is a very physically demanding job. You must be physically fit.
- Be able to work outdoors in the heat
- Be able to work any time of day or night and on weekends

We will provide:

- High vis gear
- Gloves
- Masks when necessary
- Training and development and increased levels of responsibility and pay for people who excel
- Bonus pay to and from jobsites
- Cellphone allowance for people who move up to supervisory roles

We are a small company aiming to grow and need good employees who can start as casual labour and grow with us as we build the business until we can provide full time (or more) work. Our work sites are residential, commercial, industrial, and can be anywhere in the lower mainland. We work on construction sites and also repaint existing parking lots.

Pay: $22.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 60 per week
