About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to lead our painting team at Perfect Line Painting LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of painting projects while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of painting projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of painters, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain the highest standards of quality.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Community Engagement: Support the integration of newcomers and refugees into the workforce, providing training and mentorship opportunities to promote social and labour market integration.
  • Cultural Competency: Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations to promote cultural awareness and understanding.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Workplace Information: On-the-road job with a focus on painting operations.
  • Language: English language proficiency required.
  • Hours of Work: 40 hours per week.
