Toronto, Canada Thindi Cafe Full time

Ensure proper staffing and capacity based on sales forecast.
- Handle recruitment, hiring, training, and employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Maintain employee documentation in an organized fashion.
- Support the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding weekly/monthly schedules, timesheets, and HR-related matters, including policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Manages payroll aspects of the cafe, including budgeting, running payroll.
- Handle incoming invoices, discrepancies, and communication with vendors for the same.
- Follow up on account receivables, refunds etc.
- Weekly book-keeping and HST tracking.
- Weekly/Monthly invoice filing and maintenance.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
