**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Assist in planning and scheduling construction projects, ensuring all tasks align with deadlines and budgets.
- Coordinate communication between clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain smooth project workflows.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and propose solutions to stay on track.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and progress reports.
- Support on-site activities by ensuring all materials and resources are available as needed.
- Conduct site visits to oversee project phases and address any emerging issues.
- Maintain organized records of all project-related communications and updates.
- Assist in quality assurance to ensure projects meet company standards and client expectations.
- Create detailed project quotations, including material costs, labor estimates, and timelines, to support project planning and client proposals.

**Requirements**:

- Post-secondary education in construction, interior design, engineering, or a related field is an asset.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle are mandatory for traveling across the Lower Mainland of Vancouver
- Basic knowledge of construction processes or willingness to learn.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Must speak fluent English to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Proficiency in using project management tools or software (training will be provided if necessary).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to address project challenges effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $38,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
