The role of Account Manager - Surface and underground Products is an opportunity to develop and grow business prospects for Epiroc’s equipment, parts, and service, support products. Based out of Cadillac Quebec. This position will be responsible in taking our surface construction & mining business to the next level. You will be responsible for owning the customer relationships and maximizing your focus on customer centricity at all times.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To develop and grow business prospects and customer relationships for products & services within the Epiroc equipment portfolio
- Manage and coordinate the introduction of new products into the market with a focus on equipment, automation and digitalization
- Champion the development of a territory management plan to increase Epiroc’s market share of surface equipment in Canada through direct or indirect (dealer) channels

**EXPERIENCE**:

- 5 years of construction or mining related education and / or work equivalent
- A proven track record of achieving growth in business market development along with customer share

**KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION**:

- Experience in the construction / mining industry will be considered an asset
- Superior skills in customer relations & sales with an aptitude to hunt for new business
- Portrays experience in market research & development

**INTERNAL QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Experience working in business lines along with prior Account Management experience within Epiroc will be considered assets

**SKILLS AND ABILITIES**:

- Possess a high degree of technical ability & initiative
- Ability to travel throughout the region at a 50% minimum
- Portrays superior customer service skills

Le rôle de gestionnaire de comptes, produits de forage souterrain et de surface, vous offre l’occasion d’attirer et de fidéliser des clients potentiels pour les équipements, les pièces, les produits et les services d’Epiroc. À Cadillac, au Québec, le titulaire de ce poste sera chargé d’amener notre secteur d’activité d’exploitation minière et de construction de surface au niveau supérieur. Vous aurez la responsabilité d’établir des relations avec les clients ainsi que de maximiser votre approche centrée sur la clientèle à tout moment.

**RESPONSABILITÉS**:

- Établir et développer des relations solides avec les clients potentiels et actuels pour les produits et les services du portefeuille d’équipements Epiroc.
- Gérer et coordonner la précommercialisation de nouveaux produits dans le marché en mettant l’accent sur les équipements, l’automatisation et la numérisation.
- Être un champion de l’élaboration d’un plan de gestion régionale en vue d’augmenter la part de marché d’Epiroc pour les équipements miniers de surface au Canada par l’intermédiaire de canaux de distribution directs ou indirects.

**EXPÉRIENCE**:

- Avoir au moins cinq années de formation liée à la construction ou à l’exploitation minière, ou une expérience professionnelle équivalente.
- Posséder une connaissance générale sur les produits et les utilisations d’Epiroc ainsi que sur le marché de l’exploitation minière et de la construction de surface.
- Disposer d’une expérience de travail probante dans la croissance du marché des affaires en plus des groupes de clientèle.

**FORMATION ET CONNAISSANCES**:

- L’expérience dans l’industrie minière et de la construction sera considérée comme un atout.
- Habiletés supérieures en relations avec la clientèle et en ventes ainsi qu’une aptitude à trouver de nouvelles occasions d’affaires.
- Vaste expérience en étude et en développement de marchés.

**QUALIFICATION INTERNE**:

- L’expérience de travail dans des secteurs d’activité au même titre que l’expérience antérieure en gestion de comptes chez Epiroc seront considérées comme des atouts.

**COMPÉTENCES ET APTITUDES**:

- Fait preuve d’un haut niveau d’initiative et de savoir-faire technique.
- Apte à voyager à travers la région au moins à 50 %.
- Démontre des compétences exceptionnelles en service à la clientèle.

**LIEU**:

- Cadillac, ou Rouyn-Noranda, au Québec.
