The Accounting Administrator is responsible for:
Accounts receivable/payable ( filing, preparing POs, account reconciliations); administering Group Insurance and Pension Plan (register staff, set up for deductions, submit remittances); liaising with accountant/bookkeeper and providing support as required; and other administrative support as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications - must have experience and demonstrated knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Quickbooks, Sage), Microsoft Office (including Excel and spreadsheets); previous experience in construction industry an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
