Executive Assistant to CEO

**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents
- Support the CEO in managing projects and conducting research
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and materials for meetings
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Board Meeting preparation and minute taking
- other duties as required
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong administrative skills
- Experience in front desk operations and general office tasks
- Ability to organize and maintain physical and digital files efficiently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Strong work ethic and ability to be discreet and maintain privacy
- Friendly and outgoing

Pay: $61,291.00-$65,435.00 per year
