**About Us**:
We are the Liard First Nation, a vibrant Indigenous community located in Watson Lake, Yukon. Our community values tradition, unity, and respect. We are seeking an Executive Assistant who is empathetic, respectful of our values, and dedicated to supporting our Administration and Chief and Council.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Provide high-level administrative support to the Administration and Chief and Council.
2. Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and organize events.
3. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
4. Assist with various projects as needed.
5. Handle confidential information with discretion.
6. Liaise with community members and external stakeholders.
7. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven working experience as an Executive Assistant or a similar role.
2. Deep understanding of and respect for First Nations cultures and traditions.
3. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
5. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Background in Business Administration, a related field or demonstrated core competencies.
