**Required Qualifications**:
Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).

**Additional Required Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or a related field. A minimum of 4 years of experience in research administration or coordination. At least 4 years of project management or coordination experience. Experience working with the University of Calgary or a similar university environment is strongly preferred. Strong understanding of research ethics, guidelines, and protocols. Experience with research manuscript editing and submission. Proficient in establishing and monitoring research funding accounts. Proficiency with CV development and formatting. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft reports and presentations. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
