**Here's what you'll be doing**:
You'll be the driving force behind our marketing strategies, ensuring that our message reaches the right people at the right time through the right channels. Your creativity and analytical skills will be crucial in elevating our brand and driving growth across our dealerships.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with our business goals
- Managing and optimizing our digital presence, including website, social media, and online advertising
- Creating engaging content that showcases our brand values and unique offerings
- Analyzing marketing data to inform decision-making and improve campaign performance
- Collaborating with dealership teams to create localized marketing initiatives
- Managing relationships with marketing agencies and vendors
- Overseeing marketing budget allocation and ROI tracking
**You need these qualifications**:
- You have proven experience in marketing management, preferably in retail or automotive industries
- You're skilled in both traditional and digital marketing techniques
- You have a track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- You're data-savvy, with experience in marketing analytics and performance tracking
- You're an excellent communicator, able to articulate ideas clearly to diverse audiences
**It would be nice if**:
- You have experience marketing in the automotive industry
- You're proficient with marketing automation and CRM systems
- You have experience with video production and graphic design
- You hold a relevant marketing qualification or degree
