- Work collaboratively with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Senior Managers and Associate Dealers to develop and deliver training based on Canadian Tire and industry best practices, standards, and trends
- Build and maintain key business relationships with SMEs to ensure program content is current and relevant to the business
- Facilitate and/or support SMEs to deliver training
- Act as an ambassador for the Canadian Tire Dealer brand
- Contribute to the effectiveness of the overall Dealer Training team

**What you bring**
- 5 - 10 years experience working as a senior leader in a retail environment
- In-depth knowledge and hands on experience with retail leadership, finance, operations, automotive service, ordering and inventory management
- University or college degree preferred. A combination of experience, technical training and ongoing development will also be considered
- Additional experience developing and delivering training solutions, mentoring and coaching others is beneficial
- Facilitation and presentation skills to confidently facilitate group or one on one coaching sessions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with a broad audience including senior leaders
- Strong customer focus with emphasis on building and sustaining relationships
- Exhibits high professional standards, integrity and personal ethical conduct
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- English/ French bilingual an asset
- Hybrid work environment. Local travel and working at various locations in the Greater Toronto Area may be required periodically.
