Position Summary

Our capable Associates utilize Huron tools, methodologies and best practices in the selection, planning and implementation of leading enterprise software and analytics solutions.

Skilled relationship builders, our Associates are responsible for project work stream delivery, work plan management, analytics, reporting and client interface/presentations. They collaborate with client staff and leadership while managing and mentoring junior Huron staff. **Responsibilities**:

- Drive work forward and act as a liaison between the client and technical resources
- Project manage technical effort and support key communication to internal and client leadership
- Translate customer requirements into Workday solutions
- Understand and communicate touch points with the different Workday modules.
- Build custom reports, dashboards, discovery boards, and embedded analytics using Workday’s reporting toolset
- Design, build, and support testing of Workday integration code base including Studio, EIB and supporting 3rd party coding
- Accountable for assigned integrations and/or project activities assigned by technical lead
- Responsible for timely identification and escalation of risks and development of alternative technical and functional approaches when necessary
- Support the identification of process improvements and changes to our methodology based on project experience
- Preferred Skills & Experience- Current Workday Reporting, Advanced Reporting, Integration and/or Studio certification
- 2+ years of hands-on experience developing Workday Integrations, using at least 2 of the following technologies: Web Services (REST and/or SOAP), XML, XSLT, Workday Studio, EIB, Workday Cloud Connect
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in a Workday reporting role using the various different tools from simple to complex reports and experience with enterprise reporting tools.
- Experience with reporting tools like Prism, BIRT, dashboards, discovery boards, embedded analytics, and future report specific functionality
- Strong knowledge and experience with the Workday security model
- Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project-management and technical dimensions
- Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience with tools such as Excel and Access used to translate information and requirements into documentation and solution design
- Desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies
- Experience with software tools such as Notepad++, UltraEdit, Oxygen XML, AQT, Beyond Compare, ASAP Utilities, etc.
