Workday Payroll Senior Consultant
- Responsible for configuring the Workday HCM and Payroll modules.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert during the Workday implementation.
- Develop, deploy, and manage business processes and configurations within various Workday modules, including HCM, Advanced Compensation, Talent, Performance, Absence, Payroll, and associated policies and procedures.
- Offer support, development, and guidance to HR and other departments within the organization, supporting cross-functional projects and organizational initiatives.
- Collaborate with both internal and external teams to optimize our Workday setup to meet client requirements. Conduct regular HR data reconciliations and audits to ensure data integrity. Create and update functional and technical system documentation.
- Assist in maintaining API and ISU accounts and configure Workday in line with HR policies. Identify and recommend release features to enhance the Workday ecosystem.
- Responsible for developing and implementing configurations in the Workday HCM module using system development lifecycle processes and best practices.
- Workday Payroll Configuration : Take charge of Workday payroll configuration activities, ensuring the system is accurately set up to meet payroll processing requirements, taxation rules, and company policies.
- Testing Leadership : Lead and manage payroll testing efforts, including the design and execution of test scenarios, scripts, and cases.
