En tant que membre de notre équipe diversifiée et qualifiée de préventes du Canada, vous aurez l’occasion d’assumer plusieurs rôles et de relever différents défis au quotidien. Au cours d’une journée type, vous collaborerez avec une équipe agile, chargée de faire des appels exploratoires et de concevoir des solutions de produits pour aider les clients potentiels à transformer et à optimiser leurs activités au maximum, en tirant profit des données du marché et en faisant preuve de jugement stratégique pour garder une longueur d’avance sur nos concurrents.

Chez Workday, les consultants et consultantes en solutions sont responsables de travailler en partenariat avec les équipes des ventes et de faire des démonstrations de produits aux utilisateurs d’entreprise, notamment aux cadres des directions des ressources humaines, de l’information et des finances, pour souligner les avantages de la plateforme Workday en tant que solution fiable pour le processus décisionnel de l’entreprise.

Dans ce rôle, vous pourrez améliorer vos aptitudes de présentation soignées, votre expérience collaborative en prévente et votre expertise dans le domaine des ressources humaines, pour exposer clairement et faire ressortir les retombées positives d’un logiciel en tant que service (SaaS) et en favoriser l’adoption.

Responsabilités:
- Préparer des démonstrations, ce qui comprend la configuration de locataires de démonstration, la création d’un récit qui met en évidence la capacité de Workday à répondre aux besoins précis des clients potentiels, et la création d’un script de démonstration.- Réaliser des présentations, des démonstrations, des ateliers et des séminaires pertinents sur des produits techniques.- Participer à la conclusion des ventes en démontrant une compréhension exhaustive de notre solution, de nos services et de notre formation, et en réglant les questions qui s’y rapportent.- Contribuer à la qualification de clients potentiels, à l’élaboration des critères de démonstration proposés, à la conception de systèmes servant de preuve de concept et aux plans nécessaires à la conclusion du cycle de vente.- Soutenir tous les objectifs en matière de ventes, de marketing et de canaux ainsi que tous les objectifs techniques.- Aider les équipes des ventes à répondre aux demandes d’information et aux demandes de propositions.

Our team demonstrates the value of Workday’s next generation Financials Application to Workday prospects and customers. Through interactive pre-sales discovery meetings, and by leveraging deep Financials skills and complex Enterprise Software product knowledge, Workday Solution Consultants provide Financial System expertise, Executive presentations, and Workday Financial product demonstrations, in partnership with our sales team, to prospective customers throughout the sales cycle. Our team works in a highly complex environment that requires curiosity, flexibility, and drive.

Responsibilities include:
- The delivery of relevant technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars.-
- To assist in the closure of sales opportunities by demonstrating a complete understanding of and resolving questions regarding our solution, services, and training.- To contribute to the qualification of prospects, proposed demonstration criteria, proof of concept system builds and sales cycle closure plans.- Supporting all sales, marketing, technical and channel objectives.- To assist sales in the response to RFIs- Participate in discovery sessions alongside sales to ask qualifying questions and understand pain points, current business processes, and ideal future state- Uses in-depth ERP-product knowledge t
