**About the Opportunity**:
**About You**:
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:
- Grade XII plus the successful completion of a one-year secretarial course or office administration course
- One year secretarial experience required
- Experience working in a medical setting an asset
- Experience with outpatient booking and registration considered an asset
- Experience working with interpreters considered an asset
- Experience working with individuals who may have cognitive or communication challenges considered as asset
- Knowledge of medical terminology an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with patients, hospital staff, public and referral sources
- Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

**Hours**:
- Permanent, Full-time position; 70 hours bi-weekly.
**Compensation and Incentives**:
$20.09 - $21.46 Hourly
