GreenShield Speciality Pharmacy is looking for a
**Full-Time Receptionist / Administrative Assistant** to join our growing team at
**Mississauga**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer general phone inquiries using a professional, friendly and courteous manner
- Direct phone inquires to the appropriate staff members
- Reply to general information requests with the accurate information
- Greet patients/suppliers/visitors to the organization in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist with infusion scheduling, preparing infusion supplies, gathering relevant documents for GreenShield clinics
- Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software to prepare reports, memos, and documents
- Sort incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and courier deliveries for distribution
- Purchase, receive and store the office supplies ensuring that basic supplies are always available
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to management and other staff
- Complete financial functions like collection of payments and petty cash with precision and accuracy, in a timely manner

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma minimum.
- College Degree or Administrative Diploma preferred.
- 2 year minimum experience an asset.
- Excellent communication skills and friendly disposition required.
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and work roles.
- Ability to use high degree of tact and diplomacy in working with others.
