Kitchener, Canada A Body In Motion Rehabilitation Full time

A Body In Motion Rehabilitation is searching for an energetic, outgoing individual to join our team as our evening Office Administrator. This is a part-time position, (Monday to Thursday 2:45 pm to 7:00 pm) and will involve the following:

- welcoming clients to our facility
- providing top rate representation of our clinics to new and potential clients both face to face and via phone and electronic correspondence
- maintaining an organized and efficient treatment schedule, and managing all forms of payments
- monitoring important dates with respect to client treatment plans
- maintaining ongoing professional relationships with doctors, specialists, other health care professionals and community professionals including lawyers and insurance representatives
- assisting with the day to day clinic operations, supporting the team and providing assistance when necessary
- be confident, well-spoken, patient and pleasant
- have outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- have excellent organizational and leadership skills
- have working knowledge of office software and be willing to learn and utilize current practice software
- manage time and processes with an eye for efficiency and strategic changes
- take initiative in solving problems and improving processes
- experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role is REQUIRED, (experience in a healthcare setting as asset).
