**Responsabilités**_ :_**
- Mettre en œuvre les initiatives de marketing local en restaurant en assurant la liaison avec les personnes-ressources des restaurants et les franchisés.
- Gérer les réseaux sociaux de l’entreprise Boston Pizza au Québec tout en élaborant et en appliquant la stratégie de la marque en matière de contenu sur les médias sociaux.
- Trouver des occasions pour accroître le nombre d’abonnés dans le but de gagner de nouveaux invités.
- Soutenir l’élaboration d’un calendrier d’activités marketing régionales.
- Créer des publications attrayantes de nourriture et de style de vie (images, GIF, vidéos).
- Collaborer avec les services aux invités et l’agence des services de surveillance externe afin de répondre aux invités sur les médias sociaux.
- Contribuer à l’analyse de la concurrence et de la clientèle.
- Surveiller les différentes tendances, les pratiques exemplaires et les occasions à saisir sur les médias sociaux.
- Interagir avec les invités actuels et potentiels sur nos plateformes de médias sociaux.
- Créer des communications internes de marketing pour les restaurants.
- Participer à la réalisation des promotions nationales et régionales pour le Québec.
- Travailler étroitement avec l’équipe de marketing afin d’appuyer le lancement de produits et de promotions.
- Aider à la création de présentations marketing.
- S’assurer du maintien de la communication et de la coordination avec les imprimeries, les graphistes, les agences et les fournisseurs.
- Collaborer étroitement avec l’équipe afin d’améliorer et concevoir des programmes, des outils, de la formation et des ressources d’accroissement des ventes afin d’augmenter l’utilisation, l’activation et l’engagement dans les restaurants.
- Gérer le contenu du marketing local sur l’intranet.
- Travailler étroitement avec les Conseillers développement des affaires dans le but d’offrir un soutien supplémentaire aux restaurants et aux franchisés.
- Animer les séminaires en ligne sur le marketing local pour les franchisés, les gestionnaires de restaurant et les coordonnateurs du marketing local.
- Collaborer avec l’équipe pour établir des occasions d’accroissement des ventes et élaborer des programmes pour maximiser l’achalandage et les ventes.
- Collaborer étroitement avec l’équipe marketing afin d’appuyer les ouvertures de restaurants dans la région.
- Élaborer et animer des présentations pour décrire les programmes de marketing, au besoin.
- Créer des liens entre les équipes des opérations, des finances, de la formation et du développement, des TI, des services juridiques et culinaires et les groupes de travail des projets de marketing.
- Travailler étroitement avec les franchisés afin de leur permettre de partager leurs pratiques exemplaires avec les autres franchisés.
- Élaborer régulièrement une analyse des promotions, y compris des sondages auprès des franchisés, des recherches et des rapports sur les ventes dans le cadre de la planification et des analyses rétrospectives.
- Autres tâches administratives de marketing, au besoin.
**Compétences requises**:
- Éducation postsecondaire en marketing
- Trois années d’expérience dans un restaurant, dans le domaine du marketing numérique ou tactique, du côté du client ou d’une agence
- Excellente connaissance des médias sociaux
- Expérience en création de contenu
- Expérience en gestion de projets
- Précision et soucis du détail
- Capacité de travailler dans un cadre interfonctionnel
- Connaissance des pratiques exemplaires, des outils et des occasions numériques
- Bonne maîtrise d’Excel et compréhension de base de l’analyse des ventes
- Expérience avec des franchisés un atout
- Maîtrise de PowerPoint et excellentes habiletés de présentation
- Grandes compétences en gestion du temps et des priorités
- Attitude positive et esprit proactif
