**Description de l'emploi**:
**Duties & Responsabilities**:

- Oversees store operations within a large geographic region through District/Area Managers.
- Partners with District/Area Managers to ensure stores meet or exceed profitability, customer service, and operational goals.
- Analyses store expenses and implements strategies to control costs.
- Generally manages the equivalent of annual store volume (revenue) up to 100MM USD.
- Additional criteria that may be considered as potential leveling differentiator: Brand maturity in terms of market evolution or market share and pace of expansion/growth.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 5 Years of experience in the Automotive Industry
- Must be Bilingual
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and people skills
- Billingual
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics

**Devoirs et responsabilités**:

- Supervise les opérations des magasins au Québec par l’intermédiaire des conseillers aux opérations.
