Montroyal, Canada In-Sport Fashions Inc. Full time

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily, weekly and seasonally related tasks for specific projects/objectives in the Business Solutions Department of the company. They act to assist and work with the Project Manager in order to complete specific projects and tasks in a timely manner and also continue support post-Project completion.

**Responsibilities and Tasks**
- Work with Project Manager to develop, drive, and implement goals.
- Continue maintenance and upkeep of ongoing business tools.
- Data creation and maintenance within the business tools.
- Organize and maintain the upkeep of shared documentation within the Business Solutions Dept.
- Coordinate and prioritize Business Solutions changes/activities and collaborate with various departments and sales agencies.
- Ensure that the personnel within the company follows the change in business rules and procedures.
- Participate in the creation of Business Solutions documentation and take the responsibility to support and maintain it.
- Maintain communication with brand contacts for style information and product imagery.
- Remain in communication with the Project Manager as to the daily tasks that you are performing to make adjustments where necessary.
- Proactively identify and resolve Business Solutions related issues and escalate to the Project Manager where required.
- Provide support to other team members within the Business Solutions Dept. on tasks outside their main responsibility when necessary.

**Required Qualifications**/ **Necessary Competencies**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual Preferable (French and English: written and spoken)
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Autonomy and judgement
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task - sense of urgency a must
- Experience working with ERP software
- Computer experience (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- University Degree

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
