- Track daily general transactions
- Monitor project finances
- Monitor accounts receivable
- Manage accounts payable ledger
- Monitor cash flow
- Maintain weekly project budget reports
- Create invoices

- Requirements_:
- 5 years experience in construction accounting required
- Proficiency in Quickbooks
- Proficiency with spreadsheets
- Strong knowledge of office procedures
- Strong organizational skills

- Knowledge of the residential construction process
- University degree or college diploma
- Ability to professionally represent company values and image at reception desk
