**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Sell the complete service offerings of Mount Sinai Home Healthcare Services Inc.
- Develop existing and new customer relationships
- Ensure expected margin profitability
- Identify prospects and set appointments for account managers through effective sales calls (cold calling), Digital Marketing and in-person contacts.
- Communicate and negotiate with top leadership, Directors of Nurses from Healthcare facilities including Retirement Homes, Long Term Care Centers and many more.
- Establish the relationship between the company and prospective clients by being the first point of contact
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets by successfully using different sales and marketing techniques and tactics
- Represent the company’s services by demonstrating strong knowledge of the industry and the services we offer
- Work closely with an account manager to ensure sales quotas are met
- Manage company branding strategy with an account manager
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- 1 year sales experience, preferrably in Health Care Sector
- Possesses exceptional negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be self-motivated and energetic
- Excels in a fast-pace environment
- Proven track record of sales success
