Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Manage and lead the restaurant team to deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Oversee food preparation, quality, and presentation
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Train and supervise staff members to uphold high standards
- Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in the food industry, preferably in a supervisor role
- Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and sanitation regulations
- Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
