**Responsibilities**
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records and files.
- Assist with schedulings, and bookings.
- Assist with finances and invoicing.
- Maintain an organized office environment by managing supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Assist with employee and company safety program.

**Qualifications**
- Advanced knowledge of Quickbooks and Microsoft 365.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on phone etiquette.
- Proficient in administrative tasks, including data entry and organizational skills.
- Excellent proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with clients and colleagues.
- Able to make decisions independently. Good problem solver.
