We are seeking a dynamic and experienced School Administrator to join our team at Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools. The School Administrator plays a crucial role in the effective management and administration of the school, ensuring a positive and nurturing environment for students, staff, and families.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership and Management**: Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the school community, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- **Administrative Oversight**: Oversee all administrative functions of the school, including budget management, scheduling, enrollment, and facilities management.
- **Staff Supervision**: Recruit, hire, and supervise school staff, including teachers, support staff, and administrative personnel. Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to ensure high-performance levels.
- **Curriculum and Academic Excellence**: Work collaboratively with teaching staff to implement a comprehensive curriculum that promotes academic excellence, spiritual formation, and the holistic development of students.
- **Student Support and Discipline**: Implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment. Provide support to students, families, and staff in addressing behavioral and disciplinary issues.
- **Community Engagement**: Foster positive relationships with parents, guardians, and the broader community. Collaborate with community organizations, local churches, and educational partners to enhance educational opportunities for students.
- **Communication**: Communicate effectively with stakeholders through regular updates, newsletters, and meetings. Act as a liaison between the school, the district office, and external stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Saskatchewan Professional A Teaching Certificate (or equivalent) is an asset
- Proven experience in educational leadership, preferably as a School Administrator or Assistant Principal
- Strong understanding of Catholic education principles and values
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of educators and support staff
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and educational management software

Pay: $65,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
