**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Answer incoming calls using professional phone etiquette, taking messages when necessary.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence with attention to detail, including proofreading for accuracy.
- Support various administrative tasks as assigned by management to enhance office productivity.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a secretary office or similar environment is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of hardwood flooring would be an asset but not required and can be learned on-site.
- Familiarity with office phone systems and front desk operations is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure all communications are clear and professional.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges within the office setting.

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
