**Position Summary**

We are looking for a passionate, creative, and experienced **Marketing** **& Creative Services Assistant** to join Eagle Builder’s Marketing & Creative Services Team

This is a vital role in supporting the marketing manager and department on various projects, involving the execution of essential support activities and handling administrative tasks within the marketing department. The role will contribute to the overall efficiency of marketing initiatives and ensure seamless operations across multiple projects. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our team to produce content that meets our high standards, working within brand guidelines to ensure cohesive and impactful messaging across all channels. Strong organizational skills and a creative mindset are essential for success in this role.

**Job** **Description**
- Assist in organizing internal and external events
- Collaborate with HR on support tasks, campaigns and initiatives
- Update and maintain corporate website
- Support for tradeshow attendance by managing and preparing promotional materials
- Create and distribute the internal newsletter
- Assist in the creation, design and production of company brochures
- Support the employee apparel program, coordinating orders and distribution
- Manage corporate promotional materials, including inventory and distribution
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support various departments
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license, acceptable abstract, and reliable transportation
- Comfortable driving a pickup truck and pulling a trailer
- Primary work is Monday to Friday from 8 am-5 pm, but you must be willing to work overtime, evenings, and the occasional Saturday, as needed
- Minimum two years experience working in marketing, creative services, advertising, public relations or similar field of work
- Understanding of Social Media Platforms and current trends such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linked In, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- Photography and videography - Capture and editing skills, as well as the use of cameras and lighting gear required.
- Public Relations | Attend Events to Promote Eagle Builders
- BBQs, Tradeshows, Grand Openings, Fundraisers, etc.
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier, InDesign, etc.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Google Workspace and Canva.
- Excellent knowledge of marketing principles and office management
- Attention to detail required for the execution of brand standards
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, adhere to deadlines and adapt to last-minute requests
- **Local or willing to relocate to Central Alberta**

- Copywriting experience, including print, radio, video, podcast, web copy, and social content
- Experience with Adobe After Effects - Motion graphics and animation skills
- Adobe Audition and Audio Editing experience
- 3D design experience
- Understanding of Ad Platforms
- Facebook, Google Ads, Analytics Platforms, etc.
