Office Manager- Dental

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Collect and update patient information, insurance details
- Explain treatment plans to patients, including cost estimates and payment options
- Coordinate with dental providers to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient treatment delivery
- Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure patient satisfaction
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in dental assisting or office administration is a plus
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance billing processes
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
