**Your role**

We are looking for a self-starter, problem solver, good communicator with good knowledge of production & graphics needs, the ability to meet deadlines, work well under stress, proficient in excel and the google suite, understanding of edit suite and control room functions. You would be joining a team that thrives on making connections and telling stories that are important to Canadians.

**Key Tasks**:

- Working with Toronto & Montreal CBC/Radio-Canada production & digital teams in the execution of all design elements needed for Paris 2024 Olympic/Paralympics Games;
- Coordinate the FR/EN design, development, production and delivery of all CBC Sports/Olympic Creative graphics and animations;
- Oversee the administration of CBC Sports/Olympic brand through design, content and voice/sound;
- Coordinate freelance and internal designers;
- Collaborate with production/digital teams on development of deliverables and working with Content Integration Team;
- Liaising with Branded Content Integration Team - to manage brand strategy as it pertains to creative, to manage database of logos, scripts and animations;
- Integration of Control Room elements for various playback;

**Additional duties**:

- Maintain database of animations on isolon and Google Drive;
- Developing databases to identify/track most recent versions of client creative and integrated content (feature);
- Maintain logo database, scripts and animations & organize;
- Create and update ongoing design schedule;
- Gather feedback from graphics/production meetings and disseminating to designers and production team;
- Working with broadcast partners to update and deliver design package;
- Working in edit suites to proof, test animation and build reels;
- Ensuring/tracking that all assets are internally and IOC approved;
- Attending IOC meeting and feeding back to team;
- Production support for Art Director/Graphic Designers;
- Other duties as required;
- The job requires a university degree, college diploma, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience, which must involve work in TV production and/or design
- Experience working in both traditional media, such as television broadcast and digital content production;
- Proven organizational skills;
- The job requires advance excel and google systems knowledge;
- The proven ability to think through minute details with a critical eye is important;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Including the ability to edit or rework the work of others, and to clearly explain concepts to peers and management;
- A team player willing to do a variety of tasks as required in a small unit and to adapt to changing work patterns and methods;
- The ability to handle multiple priorities and to respond to many competing demands in a short space of time;
- Ability to work for extended periods of time under pressure and still maintain a cooperative relationship with colleagues;
- Ability to work flexible hours and work overtime as required;
- A knowledge and love of sports is an asset, with an emphasis on high performance and Olympic sports;
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity;
- Strong desire to live and promote the values of diversity and an inclusive and respectful work culture;
- French language skills would be an asset.
