As an Associate Producer (In-Field) you will play a vital role in supporting the Experiential Marketing team to deliver successful and immersive brand activations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing, events, and creating unique experiences for clients and consumers.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Coordination**: Assist in the planning, execution, and post-event analysis of experiential marketing campaigns, ensuring all aspects align with client objectives and expectations.
- **On-site Availability**: Must be available to work in-field at various GTA locations to ensure onsite execution for various brand activations.
- Availability required for all Toronto Blue Jays home games.
- **Brand Representation**: Serve as the face of various brands, embodying Diamond values and promoting a positive image.
- **Brand Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of products/services to effectively communicate key features and benefits.
- **Data/Feedback Collection**: Gather valuable customer feedback and insights to help improve our products/services and enhance the customer experience.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Assist in the preparation of post-event reports, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations for future improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Outgoing personality with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- 2+ years experience in brand promotion or marketing, Team Lead/Field Manager experience preferred.
