**Position**: Accounts Payable Administrator

**Location**: Calgary, AB

**Type**: Full Time, Salary

**Shift**: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM

**Benefits**: Employees will be eligible for Company Benefits after 90 days of hire date

**Responsibilities**:
The Accounts Payable Administrator will be responsible for:

- Set up and maintain vendors
- Review and verify that invoices meet submission requirements
- Identify and resolve discrepancies
- Manage the invoice payment schedule and operate within agreed framework for payment terms
- Generate and export monthly reports
- Act as a liaison between departments and vendors in the resolution of payment inquiries
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of Accounts Payable experience
- Accounting Diploma or equivalent considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Strong communication skills
- Prior experience working in Eclipse or Explorer is considered an asset
