This role will manage the revenue success of the Investor Economics solution (see MI solutions list under company section above). Investor Economics, an ISS Market Intelligence Company, is a leading provider of thought leadership, fact-based measurement and analysis of Canada’s retail financial services and wealth management industries. Alongside its thought leadership and fact-based research, Investor Economics provides widely used industry measurements and growth projections, identifies and quantifies emerging trends, and creates benchmarks for firms in the financial services industry.

The role provides an opportunity to partner with a large footprint of C-suite/executive leaders in the Canadian financial services industry and a direct line of reporting to the senior leadership teams at ISS Market Intelligence. Today, Investor Economics partners with the largest financial services organization in Canada, including the big-six banks, regional banks, credit unions, insurance companies, asset managers and wealth managers.

What you’ll do
- Cultivate and manage relationships with N.A. based clients while continuously promoting usage of Investor Economics and other MI products to ensure client retention and grow relationships
- Driving complete enterprise sales process from identification to proposal to negotiation to close within assigned territory
- Planning and prioritizing activity and sales pipeline to achieve goals with an emphasis on efficiency, productivity, and forecast accuracy
- Partnering across executive contacts and sales management to develop and deliver tailored business cases demonstrating the value or ROI for our solutions to existing clients and prospects
- Presenting solution and services benefits through in-person visits at prospect offices, at industry conferences, and via web-based demonstrations, when appropriate
- Deepen and grow client relationships to identify and deliver cross-product solutions
- Partner with executive leadership, business development, marketing, client success and marketing to develop dynamic sales campaigns to promote existing and new products to N.A. markets
- Liaise with client success and product specialist teams to identify and monitor potential client dissatisfaction, and to develop account retention strategy
- Work closely with executive leadership team to monitor business performance, forecasting and to support business planning

What we’re looking for
- Knowledge of Canadian financial services landscape, with a specific understanding of retail products (mutual funds, ETFs) and distribution channels (direct-to-client, intermediated)
- Strong client engagement skills, and ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels within the client organization
- Strong analytical, verbal, written communication and presentation skills required
- Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative team environment
- Experience with enterprise software, account management and customer service
- Ability to manage large six-figure accounts, multi-year agreements and communicate effectively with executive level clients
- Ability to provide analysis of complex client business process flows to present effective resolutions Ability to diagnose, prioritize and drive opportunities for product integration
- Ability to execute client success strategies that provide targeted service delivery to customers
- Ability to work well under pressure shows creativity and welcomes complex challenges
- Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities quickly and efficiently
- Microsoft Suite power user (Team, Office, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook) as well as Salesforce
