**JOB TITLE**: Sales Manager

**LOCATION**: Windsor

**REPORTS TO**: General Manager

**DATE**:June 1.2022

**PRIMARY FUNCTION**:
To assist the SALES DEPARTMENT in achieving business objectives related to projected sales and profitability - as outlined in the yearly sales plan by managing, human, physical and financial resources of the sales department.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Operations**
- Manage and build the Sales department
- ensure that all systems and procedures for the daily, weekly, and monthly operation(s) are followed
- Assist general manager in the creation of policy and procedures that will promote and grow the business

**Customer Service**
- Growing and building upon the customer service standards
- Resolve customer complaints
- build a vision of a long-lasting relationships
- Development of policy and procedures

**Marketing and Merchandising**
- local and regional advertising initiatives are delivered by the sales department
- Continue building the sales team
- Develop new marketing programs and initiatives that will promote the business and grow sales

**Human Resources**
- Ensure employees are properly trained in all aspects of their role.
- Assist in creating succession plans for those positions reporting to the Sales Manager
- Foster an environment that promotes an open-door policy
- Manage performance
- Ensure employees comply with all policies and procedures, including all safety procedures
- Promote inter-departmental teamwork and cohesiveness

**Finance**
- Assist in achieving projected sales growth targets
- Assist in effective expense management according to established yearly projection

Daily / weekly / monthly reporting
**General**
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Perform other duties as required

**EDUCATION/COMPETENCIES**:
A university degree or college diploma in the Home Health Care field is required OR the equivalent combination of retail, operations, services training, and experience in related disciplines
- Completion of supervisory training and at least 3-5 years related supervisory experience is required
- Retail/operations/ health care experience required
- Superior interpersonal skills
- Efficient time management ability
- Working knowledge of health & safety legislation
- Working knowledge of financial analysis
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective organization and planning skills
- Computer literacy
- Commitment to providing Legendary Customer Service

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
