**This position will support the industrial division within Trojan Technologies.**

**Position Summary**

Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.

**Accountabilities**

**Commercial Execution**
- Main point of contact for Customers, Consultant Engineers, Regulatory Agencies, Contractors and Representatives.
- Responsible for system sizing, pricing and negotiation of PO/agreement/contract terms and conditions.

**Channel Partner Management**
- Establishes and maintains effective day to day operational relationships with channel partners, agents, OEM’s within the assigned territory.
- Works with Representatives to ensure quarterly and annual sales targets are understood, constantly in view and met (if not exceeded) for the assigned territory.

**Plan and Forecast Management**
- Accountable for development and achieving in forecasting quarterly, annual & long-term territory, PO and Bid volumes.
- Develop annual comprehensive territory plan for each Representative firm through the identification of trends, and opportunities in the local market.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-Secondary education plus 5 years of relevant technical sales management and marketing experience with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales plans. Preference for a strong Engineering Background.
- Demonstrated skill and experience in managing a territory utilizing a CRM including planning, forecasting, managing and implementing sales plans.
- Capability to travel within territory for significant portions of each fiscal year (could be in excess of 60% of the time).
