Libro has an opportunity for a passionately accountable Community Manager to support a location within the London Elgin Oxford Region. The Community Manager is accountable for all aspects of personal banking, wealth, and core service delivery within a location of Libro Credit Union as well as being an active member of the Regional Leadership Team. In collaboration with both the regional leadership group and the location team they build and execute clear and actionable business plans. These business plans guide community and business development activities in pursuit of location, regional, and corporate goals.

Community Managers coach staff to achieve their potential, and monitor location sales activities, growth, expenses, and revenue. Through inspiring and motivating the team to achieve goals and targets, the Community Manager ensures Owner service and Staff experience is exceptional.

The Community Manager displays leadership within the community. They encourage local community involvement of the team, in alignment with Libro’s pillars.

**The Epic Human we are looking for will**:
Manage the branch at an acceptable audit level while reviewing and implementing identified business process improvement recommendations.
Support the team in making smart risk decisions that protect our Owners and Libro.
Demonstrate a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement mindset.
Support all staff within the location to have a well-developed Individual Sales Plan. Actively coach to the activity and effectiveness of activity within the plans to ensure high levels of accountability.
Conduct regular observations of Owner/Staff coaching interactions; provide feedback and role model strong sales and service skills to help build staff success.
P romote strong cross-segment cooperation to generate referrals, collaboration, and build full-service relationships.
Create and foster an environment that encourages personal responsibility and provides staff appropriate autonomy to make decisions and resolve problems.
Responsible for the onboarding and ongoing training and development of direct reports by following established onboarding plans to ensure they are fully competent in their roles.
Work cooperatively with regional and location teams to build and implement a business development plan focused on proactive activity, local initiatives resulting in deeper relationships and growth.
Motivates and guides a proactive team to network within Libro’s target market and create connections that will build Ownership and wallet share.
Builds reciprocal and mutually beneficial relationships with community partners and centres of influence.
