Job Summary:
Bresara seeks a motivated Sales Account Manager to join our team. This role is essential for driving new business, managing existing client accounts, and ensuring the highest level of service delivery. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and maintaining lasting relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development:

- Identify and target new business opportunities, including residential complexes, commercial buildings, franchise operators and property management companies.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads and close deals.
- Conduct site visits and prepare accurate, tailored quotes for window cleaning services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to meet client needs while achieving company profitability goals.

Account Management:

- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction with services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, growing the portfolio of buildings that we service.
- Handle client concerns or issues promptly and coordinate with the operations team for resolutions.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and gather feedback.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in a services industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide customized solutions.
- Familiarity with property management, facility services and/or construction services is a plus but not required.
- An existing network in property management or construction is an asset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience creating estimates and quotes is an asset.
- Valid driver’s license.
