BHC Power is looking for an Administrative Assistant We are a growing generator business and with the right people, we have earned a stellar reputation in our customer reviews. We provide home and business owners with superior service and care by way of installation and servicing of generators.

But we aren’t done. There is still more growth and development work to do and our heads are spinning. We are looking for another A player to be a high producer and help take us to the next level of service in our market.

**POSITION TYPE: Full Time, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm**

**DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES**:

- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents

**SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS**:

- Organizational skills
- Experience with computer software such as excel, word, google sheets & google drive.
- Typing skills

**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
