As the Manager, Marketing, you are instrumental in collaborating with both Product Planning and Sales to develop and execute multichannel marketing plans to achieve our goals as well as playing a key role in helping Brother achieve our sales and marketing objectives from both creative and business perspectives.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing, you will have direct responsibility and ownership over the development and execution of our marketing strategies and will analyze and prepare key communications to stakeholders on the successes and challenges of our plans and recommend the appropriate actions.

Your ability to understand customer behavior and influence key stakeholders will be key success factors in this role. Furthermore, to thrive in this role you must be highly organized, an excellent communicator, comfortable working with senior leaders and demonstrate good judgement.

**Some key responsibilities**:

- Act as a customer behavior expert by identifying, evaluating, and understanding the end-to-end customer experience, touchpoints and path to purchase
- Support Brother’s strategic efforts by developing and high-impact collateral and sales tools for B2C/B2B based on opportunities and strategies identified with the Product Planning and Sales teams.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals by coaching and supporting them to achieve operational success and growth
- Set campaign KPIs and facilitate discussions on post-campaign analysis with key stakeholders
- Lead marketing research analysis based on strategic requirements identified with the Product Planning team
- Oversee the prioritization of production jobs to in-house graphic designers, copywriter, translator, and external partners as required
- Secure a strong marketing ROI for all activities and events
- Ensure timely delivery, consistency, messaging, and brand tone of marketing materials
- Handle projects and additional responsibilities as assigned

**What we look for**:

- Minimum 5-7 years’ omnichannel marketing and customer behavior experience
- Minimum 3-5 years’ people management experience
- In-depth understanding of the digital landscape (SEO, SEM, Paid Media, Amazon, etc.)
- Demonstrated knowledge of e-commerce best practices
- Demonstrated leadership skills, high degree of drive and energy and the ability to consistently produce results
- Strong capability to facilitate cross-functional conversations and influence key stakeholders
- Familiarity with sales, marketing, and category management practices
- Project Management experience is a must
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A solid understanding of what it takes to get customers attention
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills to identify trends, shifts in behavior and propose solutions
- Innovative and creative thinker and problem solver who can manage the details without losing sight of the goal
- Advanced Microsoft Office user
