Marketing Coordinator

Aqua Spa Nuance is looking for a **Marketing & Customer Service Coordinator** who is enthusiastic, people-oriented, and eager to grow with our team. In this role, you will represent our clinic with passion and professionalism, driving our business through innovative marketing, strong sales strategies, and outstanding customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**:As the Marketing & Customer Service Coordinator, you will:
**Marketing & Sales Strategy**:
- ** Develop and define a marketing plan** that follows different paths to accomplish **KPI goals**, ensuring our business objectives are met through targeted strategies.
- Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including **SEO optimization**, **web management**, **Google Ad campaigns**, and **social media management**.
- Contribute to the clinic’s growth by implementing successful sales strategies that drive new patient acquisition, enhance retention, and promote our services.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to support **internal marketing** initiatives and create engaging content that reflects our clinic’s values.
- Analyze data and adjust strategies to maximize performance and patient engagement.
**Customer Service & Administrative Duties**:
- Be the first point of contact for patients, providing a welcoming and professional experience.
- Build strong relationships with patients, enhancing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle clerical tasks such as **scheduling appointments**, **managing patient inquiries**, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Process insurance claims and follow up when necessary.
- Support the team in maintaining an organized and efficient clinic environment.
- You are passionate about **customer service** and have proven experience in **marketing** (SEO, web management, social media, Google Ads).
- You have a strong track record in **sales strategies** and can demonstrate how you’ve driven growth and business results in previous roles.
- You are **bilingual** in English and French (Spanish is a plus), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You enjoy building relationships, are detail-oriented, and have strong **organizational** and **administrative** skills.
- You are proactive, enthusiastic about representing the company, and eager to grow within the business.
- You can work independently or as part of a team, and you have experience managing **customer service** and administrative duties.
- ** Experience in a spa setting** is a plus but not required.

- Élaborer et définir un plan marketing qui suit différents chemins pour atteindre les objectifs KPI, en veillant à ce que nos objectifs commerciaux soient atteints grâce à des stratégies ciblées.
- Diriger le développement et l'exécution des campagnes de marketing, y compris l'optimisation du référencement, la gestion Web, les campagnes Google Ad et la gestion des médias sociaux.
- Contribuer à la croissance de la clinique en mettant en œuvre des stratégies de vente efficaces qui favorisent l'acquisition de nouveaux patients, améliorent la rétention et font la promotion de nos services.
- Collaborer avec l'équipe clinique pour soutenir les initiatives de marketing interne et créer un contenu attrayant qui reflète les valeurs de notre clinique.
- Analyser les données et ajuster les stratégies pour maximiser les performances et l'engagement des patients.
**Service à la clientèle et tâches administratives**:
- Être le premier point de contact pour les patients, en leur offrant une expérience accueillante et professionnelle.
- Établir des relations solides avec les patients, améliorant ainsi leur satisfaction et leur fidélité.
- Gérer les tâches administratives telles que la planification des rendez-vous, la gestion des demandes des patients et assurer le bon fonctionnement des opérations quotidiennes.
- Traiter les réclamations d'assurance et assurer le suivi si nécessaire.
- Soutenir l'équipe dans le maintien d'un environnement clinique organisé et efficace.
- Vous êtes passionné par le service client et avez une expérience avérée en marketing (SEO, gestion Web, médias sociaux, Google Ads).
