Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Senior Product Manager to join our Canadian Payments Platform & Capabilities Team. As a key business decision maker, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the near-term strategy, transformation, and execution of TD's Payments roadmap.

About the Role
  • Lead multiple complex projects simultaneously, driving results-oriented initiatives that create business value, improve customer experience, and de-risk payments made by Canadians.
  • Represent the Payments business and deliver features for Interac Bulk Etransfers, balancing customer and business needs while monitoring market trends and keeping a pulse on the competitive landscape.
  • Demonstrate expertise in business casing (market & financial analysis) and effectively articulate benefits (customer & colleague journeys).
  • Act as a brand ambassador for your business area/function and the bank, both internally and externally.
Requirements
  • An undergraduate degree or product management certificate, and/or
  • Ten (10) or more years of relevant experience in delivering large-scale payments transformation/modernization initiatives.
  • Thorough understanding of Canadian money movement capabilities and ecosystem, and thought leadership required to understand the ever-changing online money movement and payments landscape.
  • Skill in preparing and managing budgets, analytical software tools, MS Office, data analysis methods, and reporting techniques.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively (both speaking and writing), provide direction, and build relationships across teams and functions.
