**Qualifications - External**
The **On-Site Representative** is accountable for representing Incora at customer production sites, interacting and coordinating directly with customer representatives and on-site functional area managers to effectively maintain and replenish customer supply locations. They also act as a liaison to assist in monitoring stock levels, resolving inventory and product discrepancies, and expediting critical needs in support of customer requirements.
**You will need to**
- Perform daily product to end user location maintenance (areas may include bins, cabinets, trays, etc. and/or a combination of these stocking locations)
- Perform required maintenance and processing for shelf-life materials, including proper removal and disposal processes in alignment with customer and product specifications
- Proactively initiate and/or respond efficiently to daily internal and external customer requirements; including interaction with the contract administration/customer service and customer production floor management to facilitate needs
- Address on site quality assurance issues and forward to Program/Site Management and/or Quality Management for resolution
**About you**A High school graduate with proven customer service, and interaction skills, with direct customer contact with the ability to deal tactfully, confidently, and ethically with both internal and external customers demonstrated excellence and commitment to a safe and hazard-free workplace.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Onsite Lead. As an Onsite Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail location. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to effectively manage a team.
**Duties**:
- Manage and supervise a team of retail sales associates
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or concerns
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Create and manage budgets to ensure financial targets are met
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Recruit, train, and mentor new team members
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a retail leadership role preferred
- Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and budgeting
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to effectively recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
