**Job Title: Customer Success Manager**

**Purpose of the Job**: As a dynamic and customer-centric professional, the Customer Success Manager plays a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction, growth, and value realization. With a strong background in Operations and Project Management, the Customer Success Manager will lead client-facing operational management, conduct impactful business reviews, and ensure alignment with clients' objectives. Fluency in both French and English is essential for effective communication.

- Conduct impactful Monthly and Quarterly business reviews
- Lead client-facing operational management, reporting, and analytics
- Drive adoption and value realization of Arista Solutions
- Align with end clients' Priorities and Objectives

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead insightful Monthly and Quarterly business reviews for clients
- Manage operational aspects of client interactions
- Dive into reporting and analytics to extract actionable insights
- Drive the adoption and value realization of Arista Solutions
- Collaborate with end clients to ensure alignment with their Priorities and Objectives

**Technology Expertise**:

- Profound understanding of Data Center operations
- Strong networking prowess
- Mastery of Customer Success Management principles

**Work Experience**:

- Proven track record in Operations and Project Management
- Solid comprehension of the customer success landscape
- 10+ years of experience in the Data Center or Networking Industry

**Specialized Skills**:

- _Fluency in both French and English (mandatory)_
- Exceptional communication and adeptness in client-facing interactions
- Proficiency in data analysis and presentation of data-driven insights
- Skillful at driving value and fostering growth

**Certification**:

- Networking or Data Center related certifications (optional)

**Location**:

- Hybrid Onsite/Offsite (Montreal, Canada)
