**Human Resources Advisor**:
The City of Mission has an opening for a permanent, full-time Human Resources Advisor. If you are an energetic, resourceful analytical person who is excited to work with and learn about a variety of departments in a municipal government setting, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will provide advice and support to managers and staff on a wide range of human resources policies and procedures, activities and programs, labour and employment legislation and regulations, and collective agreement interpretation and administration. You will support the union relations in matters relating to grievances and bargaining. You will provide advice and support to supervisory and exempt staff on employee relations issues, develop job classifications and job descriptions, and help in the administration of benefits. You will also take part with full cycle internal and external recruiting.

You will need excellent interpersonal, facilitation and communication skills as you represent the City to both internal and external stakeholders. You will also be collaborative and have superior critical thinking skills and easily adapt and change focus to meet constantly changing priorities and deadlines.

The salary range for this excluded position is $90,456 to $100,500 with a comprehensive benefits package including the municipal pension plan, a 9-day fortnight work schedule and a hybrid work environment.

Education : College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience : 5 years or more
