Global Process Lead Business Reporting

As the **Global Process Lead, Business Reporting** **you will be working as part of the Global Transformation and Process Management team, and will be the driving force for the establishment of the PPG Standard Business Process across all SBUs and Regions.

**Requirements**:

- Working with the Business and the Global Process Leads, gather and evaluate operational reporting requirements.
- Working with the Global Process Leads, standardize core operational reports as to not duplicate information across reports, unless specific business requirement necessitates it.
- Work with the Regional Teams to address local requirements that may be based on country specific reporting requirements.
- Work with the IT COE Data Analytics organization to help solution for operational reporting requirements.
- Design and define the core set of requirements, for future build.
- Facilitate End-to-End requirement gathering with Global Process Leads, Subject Matter Experts, Business Process Leaders and IT Analytics team to turn data into information and insight, which can be used to make business decisions.
- Build strong relationships with key business and IT partners.
- Evaluate business requirements, recommend solutions, ensuring design solutions not only address current state business needs, but are also focused on long term strategy.
- Ensure global template is adequately detailed so that data requirements, system configuration needs and the global and regional processes are clearly defined, and can be carried out appropriately by the business.
- Perform fit/gap analysis and work with system integrator and SAP IT Center of Excellence to define solutions.
- Maintain process flows for scope areas with the PPG Process Mapping Tool (currently using ARIS).
- Communicate progress updates to stakeholders.
- Serve as liaison with deployment and production team to ensure alignment

**Qualifications**:

- BA/BS in business, logistics, supply chain management, or engineering.
- MBA is preferred
- 8-10 years of experience as a business process leader with previous ERP system implementation experience globally.
- An in-depth knowledge of Data Analytics domain in Chemical or similar Industry
- Ability to lead and act as a change agent and think with a long term business perspective
- Ability to capture process requirements and translate them into a process document and guide business users through process design
- Ability to create a collaborative environment and deliver a consensus agreement
- Ability to work in matrix organization and influence others without having direct authority
- Ability to work in a high pressure environment
