**Position Summary**

The Process Analyst is a key support role to the manufacturing operations by acting as the main liaison between Production, Finance and R&D departments. This position reports into the Production Manager and will be responsible for regular review and maintenance of BOM updates, Oracle process validation and supporting the production team in a variety of areas. #LI-Onsite #LI-MI1

**Responsibilities**:

- Issue BOM change request and validate BOMs for correctness
- Perform ongoing bi-annual reviews of all BOM’s and responsible for submitting paperwork related to changes. This will include transforming formulas, signoffs, etc.
- Perform annual routing updates. Responsible to ensure the proper routings are used as well as ensure that throughputs match.
- Own the Theoretical Changeover Matrix.
- Analyze variances on materials, crew sizes, throughputs etc. with production team. Will also have responsibility to review variances with finance.
- Data collection for process improvement base lining and improvement validation
- Track material usage and inputs and outputs of materials for specific tracking programs that require reporting
- Assist production supervisors with Discrete Job validations.
- Provide support with cycle counts/physical inventories on an as needed basis.
- Assist Production Supervisors with understanding and owning plant KPI’s.
- Attend Production Meetings / Weekly Leadership Meetings / Weekly Scheduling Meetings.
- Prepares analysis and comments in monthly operational performance reviews
- Validate Process Controls against Oracle standards
- Lead the Weekly Performance Report Review.
- Lead the Annual Throughput File review with Production Team and update all yearly routings.
- Canadian Diary Commission monthly reporting.
- Ad Hoc Reporting

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Degree in Management, Business, or Finance.
- 2-3 years’ experience in manufacturing environment, particularly in analytics.
- Strong communication and a proven track record of achievement results in a group environment.
- Strong skills in working in a team environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a particular focus on attention to detail
- Strong Excel skills
- ERP (Oracle) experience preferred
- Analysis experience
- Strong inter-personal and communication skills
